Picture Spring: Getting Grounded

Picture Spring: Getting grounded

Feeling the warming earth beneath your feet can work wonders on both your psyche and your perspective. With that in mind, shooting at ground level can offer a visual path you never knew existed.

Try setting your camera on the ground today to shoot for a whole new (and often surprising) view of the world around you.

I have to admit to cheating a bit with this one since I actually took these shots yesterday. I was laying in the grass in the backyard looking up to the sky for The Sky is the Limit assignment when I asked the kids to lay down beside me. We were soaking up the sun and looking to the sky when I turned and took these shots.
