Picture Spring: Spring board (an ode to inspiration)

Find a shot, that you love, that was captured by another photographer. Admire it, study it and get inspired. Use that shot as a springboard into shooting a specific subject matter, a unique angle, or using a similar processing technique. They say that imitation is the highest form of flattery. Let the admiration you have spark your own unique creativity. Just remember to bring yourself into the process so the end result has some of what only you can bring to it.

I found my inspiration here, a beautiful photo with a Polaroid border and a meaningful quote. My version uses a 1960’s effect on the photo with a Polaroid border and inspirational quote.
